The VICI Properties Inc. actually announced that their Board of Directors have declared a quarterly dividend of a total sum amount of $0.415 for every share of the common stock. This is effective from July 1st to September 30th, 2023.
This also accurately represents an annual amount of $1.66 for every share and also a six percent increase from the present dividend.
The concerned dividend is going to be payable in the month of October 5th, 2023 to the stockholders of the record.
The VICI properties is an experiential real estate trust/investment which owns one of the biggest portfolios of hospitality, market-leading entertainment and gaming. It has properties in the areas of MGM Grand, Venetian Resort (Vegas) and Caesars Palace (in Vegas). These are three of the most famous entertainment facilities located on the strip of the region of Las Vegas.
